SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cut-off

5pm - the estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order was placed (before or after the order cutoff time), the handling time, and the transit time.

Handling time

1- 5 days. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday.  If you require urgent delivery please contact us by phone and we will look to expedite your order if possible.

Transit time

24 hours via courier.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The standard service is next day, before 4pm. Other options (e.g. by 12pm/2pm/ Saturday delivery) are available, but need to be arranged by contacting the vineyard ahead of ordering.

Total delivery time

1 - 6 business days.
